There's a new effort in Frankfort to legislate cannabis in Kentucky, for both medical and leisure purposes. Lawmakers in both your house and the Senate submitted the legislation on Thursday called L.E.T.T.'s Grow Kentucky. It existed by state Rep. Rachel Roberts and state Sens. Morgan Mc, Garvey and David Yates.
